2017/18 Coaching Positions

Expressions of interest are being sought for the following coaching positions for the upocoming 2017/18 sNTFL season

Mens Reserves (Div One)

Southern Districts Football Club are seeking expressions of interest for the position of reserves coach for the 2017/18 NTFL season. Our reserves side competes in the NTFL Division 1 competition.

We are looking for a coach who will place a strong emphasis on player development and club culture. They will be expected to work with the Premier League coach and implement a game plan and playing style that mirrors that of our premier league team. The main objective of the reserves coach will be to develop and prepare as many players as possible who can step up to the premier league competition when form, injury and player availability warrant.

All Coaches of Southern Districts teams are expected to have, or be willing to obtain a minimum of Level 1 Coaching Accreditation and an Ochre Card.

 

Mens Division Two

Southern Districts Football club are seeking expressions of interest for the position of Division 2 coach for the 2017/18 season.

We are looking for a coach who will endeavor to develop and prepare those players that so desire, to step up to the Division 1 competition when required. They will be expected to develop and foster a strong club culture.

All Coaches of Southern Districts teams are expected to have, or be willing to obtain a minimum of Level 1 Coaching Accreditation and an Ochre Card.

 

Women's Premier League

Southern Districts Football club are seeking expressions of interest for the position of Women’s Coach for the 2017/18 NTFL season.

This is an exciting position as you will be dealing with a large number of adult players relatively new to the game and have an opportunity to mold them as footballers. As such we seek a coach with a strong emphasis on player development and fostering a strong club culture.

This position would be an ideal stepping stone for someone looking to step up from junior to senior coaching, but all interested persons are strongly encouraged to apply.

All Coaches of Southern Districts teams are expected to have, or be willing to obtain a minimum of Level 1 Coaching Accreditation and an Ochre Card.

 

Junior Coaches

Southern Districts Football Club are seeking expression of Interest for all junior coaching positions -

U/18 Boys and Girls, U/16 Div 1 & 2, U/15 Girls, U/14 Div 1 & 2, U/12 Div 1 and 2.

Southern Districts expect junior coaches to have a strong emphasis on player and personal development, whilst doing so in an encouraging and enjoyment environment. It is important that juniors are taught the fundamentals of the game early on, so as they move through the age groups they can be taught the more advanced aspects of the game, always keeping in mind the level of development the players are currently at.

All Coaches of Southern Districts teams are expected to have, or be willing to obtain a minimum of Level 1 Coaching Accreditation and an Ochre Card.
